Located right by the train station and a short walk to the Duomo, the friendly staff made our mornings brighter. Breakfast was a satisfying start, and daily maid service kept everything clean.

The facilities could definitely use an upgrade!!! Dim bathroom lighting makes getting ready a hassle, while missing essentials like a full-length mirror and proper suitcase holders are disappointing!!! A little extra attention to cleanliness is warranted too!!!

Great design of the room! Nice view of the piazza. Located very close to the centre (but then again Florence is not a big city, everything is at close range) and the train station. We'd return to the hotel for a while and go back for wandering...

The staff was exceptional. The view from my window was gorgeous. I had everything I needed. Everyone was very kind and helpful and flexible, even when I had to change my reservation. I respect the flexibility and the fact that everyone was so considerate of my needs....

The room was like a dark cave, and let's not forget the abysmal lighting. I had to carry my luggage up and down, like I was staying at a hostel! At this rate, a complimentary bottle of water or even a simple upgrade would have been appreciated, but I guess that's too much to ask for at this so-called hotel.

It's very convenient just 5-10 mins walk from train station and close to walk to everywhere. I strongly recommend this hotel. It's not big hotel but nice staffs and clean one
